Our birthdays and other random pics...

The month of March has been a busy one... here are some pics from it.

This is our new friend Hope. She is 6 years old and hangs out with us everyday for a few hours. She has autistic behaviors and is amazing! She is such a sweetie and has taught us all so much! We love Hope!!

Jason's Birthday was on March 11th and mine was on the 12th. We had so much fun! Jason's brother and mom came down the saturday before and brought pizza and cake and hung out. It was so fun having them here! I didn't get any pictures because they don't like me taking pictures of them. And then sunday night, my family all came down. And we had brownie sundaes. It was so fun and I was thankful to them for coming down here to celebrate with us. Here's some pics from having them over.

So here are some families that made our birthdays very special too. This is the Huhtala Family. On my birthday, Joalea, (the mom) took me and my kids out to lunch to a local pizza joint and then she watched the girls for me for awhile... me not having mommy duties is a great present! :-) And then they came over the day after my birthday and hung out and we played games and for our birthday present, Jason(the dad), worked on our computer for 2 1/2 hours and fixed it for us! We love the Huhtala Family!

Here is the Hall Family! The monday before our birthdays, they came over for Family Home Evening and we sang Happy Birthday to Jason and had some Oreo Icecream Cake. I didn't tell them that was my birthday too... ya, I was trying to be sneaky. But Jason told them and they invited us over last week and surprised me by making my favorite hot sandwiches. So ya, they got me. The mom is Catalina and the dad is Jason. Yes, we have 3 Jason's in the ward. Jason McOmber, Jason Huhtala, and Jason Hall. But anyway, we love the Hall Family!


Some of my friends had a surprise birthday party for me in Oroville the saturday after my birthday at my favorite pizza place... Celestinos. I was totally shocked! So here we are... eatin' pizza and hanging out. It was so fun! It was quite funny though.... 3 of my friends are pregnant and the rest of us have had babies within the last 8 months. Well, except for my little sister Cami... she's holding Elijah. Thanks guys! I had a blast!!

Happy Birthday to me! So, this sounds really weird, but for my birthday I had a choice... blond highlights in my hair or an airhockey table. Well, as you can see, this is what I chose!

So our birthdays were wonderful. I seriously felt so spoiled being surrounded by wonderful friends and family. It was probably the most social week we've had since we've been married and I loved every bit of it. Anyway, thank you all to your birthday wishes and thoughts. We really appreciate it. BTW... Jason is the big 3-3! And I'm the big 2-1! hahahha nah, 29.
