Mommy & Elijah

Life has been busy in the McOmber household. With the kids going to school, Jason's unpredictable work schedule, soccer starting for Maci & Zae, dance starting for Maci & Sadee, & Sadee being sick with an awful cough.... I don't know how other moms do it. Life is great though. Mommy is feeling great finally, but definately suffering from lack of sleep. Elijah is such a wonderful chill baby, but he has some major gas/constipation problems and it hits him worse at night. So I live on about 3 hours of sleep a night and my mind is feeling very clouded and my body is feeling quite weak. But this will soon pass, so it's all good. Gotta be tough, gotta be tough (as my Grandpa Meyer would say)! I haven't been taking as many pictures because I forget... see, clouded mind. But I am going to try to do better! So here are a few pics of Elijah and me. He's just sooo cute!

LOVE your sweet little chunk!!! I understand the fog of no sleep--I DO NOT miss that part of new baby days!! My last 2 tummies have caused severe sleeplessness. I found that baby massage worked wonders--when it is done right (i had a free class I went too) Otherwise it was ridin it out until their tummies developed!

Love it! I'm so happy for both of you. He looks perfect, though I'm having a hard time saying who he resembles more.
He probably looks mostly like his Aunt Michelle.

What a sweet baby. Hope you can get some sleep, Proct! Even so, you do look good.
