Elder McOmber & Sister Gray

Jason served his mission in the Morristown New Jersey Mission in 1998-00. He made many great friends while on his mission. One of them, was another sister missionary. Her name was Sister Gray. He totally made a great connection with her and just had this instant friendship with her. Well, since his mission, he hasn't been able to talk to her or anything and has often wondered about her. Right after we moved here to Plumas Lake, we went to a ward social at the park. We didn't know too many people there. Jason all of a sudden heard someone calling out his name, "Jason McOmber, Jason McOmber." He turned around and there was Sister Gray. They talked and hung out for the rest of the evening. Her parents actually live in our ward and she lives in Marysville. She is married now and they are in the process of adopting a little girl. It has been wonderful to reconnect with her. Her and I have also totally connected and it's so fun hanging out with her and talking with her. It is definately a small world!!
Here is a picture of them on their mission.....

And here is a recent picture of them....

And here is Christy's husband Ackmed. He's so funny.
